IDEA Day Events and Workshops

International Day Experiencing Abstinence (IDEA), celebrated the third weekend in November, encourages OA members worldwide to begin or reaffirm their abstinence from compulsive overeating.

These events are from across the USA - watch for time zone differences.

​With the ongoing pandemic we have had to adjust to ever changing circumstances.  Yet we still want to have our yearly traditions.  So with that in mind we are still having our Promises by Candlelight event but via ZOOM. 

The 2020 ASDI Promises by Candlelight will be held on Saturday, December 12th at 7 pm on Zoom.  Meeting ID 881 1295 8296  passcode: oaunity

You can even get creative and decorate the room around you with candles during the meeting to keep with the tradition.
